Join us for a hands-on workshop exploring the art of fermentation and preservation using rescued fruits and vegetables. Together we’ll learn simple techniques to extend the life of seasonal produce and transform surplus ingredients into delicious ferments and jars to take home.
Workshops at TOKOKO are practical, collaborative spaces where we experiment, share ideas, and develop skills for more sustainable cooking. Expect an evening of learning by doing—chopping, tasting, fermenting, and discovering creative ways to reduce food waste.
