Every month, the Torhaus Koch Kollektiv team comes together for our Jour Fixe, a dedicated space to plan, organize, and collaborate on upcoming projects and events. Held at the start of each month, this internal meeting is where ideas take shape, challenges are tackled, and the collective vision for the Torhaus is carried forward.

What Happens at the Jour Fixe?

The Jour Fixe is a collaborative space where every voice in the collective has a chance to contribute and give updates. During these sessions, we:

• Plan Events: From monthly KüFas to workshops and special projects, we map out the details to ensure smooth execution.
• Discuss Projects: We share opportunities for events and decide if we have the capacity to create them, and discuss ideas for initiatives.
• Reflect and Improve: Past events are reviewed to identify successes and areas for growth.
• Organize Together: Tasks are delegated, schedules are set. We check-in, and check-out.

These meetings keep the collective running smoothly and ensures that we stay aligned with our values of collaboration, sustainability, and inclusivity.
